I'm a Reiki Master, and a person who loves to help others feel better. My goals is to help you let go of what is bogging you down, and take back your power that was lost. I’m here to reignite passions, find new ones and clear out the creative blocks. Most of all, just give a hand to anyone who is ready to do the work. Let’s crush this “Adult” and “Life” thing with less baggage that makes it harder than it has to be.

I was called to start preforming Reiki to protect my own energy and take back my power. My personal journey grew into helping others awaken and heal. Just like those beautiful souls I work with, I also have needed help navigating life’s many obstacles.

I am always learning, and discovering new techniques and methods along the way. This is a very mystical time to choose to be part of. Finding my magic that was lost has changed my life incredibly. I can help you unlock the magic you carry in your heart.

Together we can get you on the path to discovering the gifts you never knew you had or, lost for one reason or another. I would love to help you heal your inner child/adolescent, break generational cycles holding you back from your goals. Overcome pain and trauma collected throughout life. Assist you in removing obstacles, and creative blocks keeping you from your dreams.

I worked in the medical field for 11 years; including hospice, group homes, and dementia units. I understand “the burnout“ and want to help you feel good again. Stress relief is just the tip of the iceberg of what so many people need. With my personal experience, I’m here to help people who are experiencing burnout in any career. As well as those experiencing negative or collective energy they have picked up along the way. Along with whatever my be else weighing you down.

The Beauty industry has also been a large part of my professional life for over 14 years. I am a licensed esthetician, cosmetologist, and have also completed the film and television program at Cinema Makeup School in California. I’ve developed a unique perspective around skin care, aging, self confidence, and comparing yourself to others. Having learned the tricks used with makeup and lighting, it’s been a mission of mine to change the energy around conventional skin care marketing which influences, our conversations of what we love about ourselves. It has becoming a passion of mine to help people feel beautiful, comfortable in their skin, and full of life by clearing and letting go of what doesn’t serve them.
