Whether it be dealing with illness, chronic pain, living life after grief or working and holding your home together. Its hard to see the beauty that surrounds us. When we allow ourselves the space to unplug and be present in the moment is when those stressors fall away. This is where I come in. Your nervous system gets break, inflammation can go down and you experience real rest. When your nervous system and inflammation comes down is when you’re able to get other physical symptoms under control like pain and insomnia. When you finally fill your cup back up, you can show up better than you ever had before. Self care is like a seed, just got to start by planting it. I can help you water it and cheer you on. Reiki

A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. In combination with different practices and techniques. Such as sound and a variety of tools for different needs. Needs can range from creative blocks, everyday stressors and wanting more energy. To deep healing from trauma and relief from physical symptoms. Every session clears and strengthens auric field and grounds energy.

All sessions can be recorded or in person.

Smudging

Cleansing, repairing, strengthening and grounding your auric field. There can be holes, tears and general weakness. When your field is impaired you can feel tired, bogged down and easily brought down by others. A weakened auric field can happen from trauma, surgery, relationships and general everyday stressors. If smoke can’t be used depending on location or other reasons, sound and/or sprays can be used. It’s a pleasant and relaxing addition to in person tarot readings. If your receiving any type of the reiki session, auric work is part of the service. Great add on to an in-person reading for person, group or event.

Energy Work

Reiki is one type of practice used for healing ailments of the body, mind and spirit. In addition different forms of mediumship can be used such as smell, taste, seeing, and communication. I also use sound, smoke, elements and nature.

 Tips For Booking

This is meant to be relaxing as well as healing. To not only receive the most from your healing session, but rather any other self care appointments you make. With my experience, I recommend the following tips below before booking.

  • Wear comfy, stretchy fabric. Dress in layers everyone is different and can get warm or chilly. Wear something that is comfortable to be laying down for the length of your session.

  • Get hydrated before your session and bring water for afterwards.

    Eat light is possible

    Go easy or avoid caffeine if able to

    Avoid smoking marijuana before session

    Avoid alcohol 48-72 hours prior

    Avoid alcohol 48-72 hours after

    Arrive 5-10 minutes early to use the bathroom and to get situated and ready for session. If you are getting a service distance or at your home plan for 5-10 minutes to use the bathroom and to get situated prior to your session

  • Any personal stones from home if you wish

    Water

    Any item that means a lot to you and brings you comfort.

  • Squeezing your hair appointment in before work, or finagling an extended lunch can be challenge all in its self. By the time your relaxed, and ready to enjoy a bit of self-care it’s time to go back. When clearing chakras you are releasing stagnate and sometimes dense energy. Integration right afterwards, that night and the next day can be different for everyone. Preparing to have the next day off to sleep in, or take the day at the your own pace will ensure you get the most from your session. You can see the effects for a couple weeks. However those couple days are important.

  • Rest and relax when you get home if possible. You can feel like you’re floating, enjoy that pleasant feeling. Laundry and dishes can wait, integrate baby!

  • Day of session, plan a ride for sports or after school activities pickup and drop-offs. Take it easy my friend.

  • After booking look in the mirror and tell yourself you deserve to show up for yourself. Showing up, doing the work, planning that baby sitter and taking action is empowering. No matter the reason for the booking, you are showing up and thats huge.
